The 32-page rhyming story follows a little lost mouse who doesn’t know of her own special magic, so she ventures into the forest to find it. The mushrooms, mycelium and even tiny spores help her on her journey. It’s an educational and inspirational tale about the wonder of mushrooms and finding your own place in the world.

Sophie invites you to write a little wish and post it into the mushroom postbox at the end of the storytelling too, who knows it may even come true!

Sophie will be doing a reading of her book at Elderflower Fields Festival and she would absolutely love you to come along. ✨🍄✨

IMPORTANT

If your child is under 5 you do not need to book. Separate drop-in sessions run throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. All under 5 sessions must be accompanied by an adult.

The idea is to make these sessions fun and enjoyable for the children whilst improving their health and wellbeing.

Adults session: The Meditation on Twin Hearts was created by Master Choa Kok Sui, Modern Founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, to help flush out negative thoughts and emotions from our mind. Gowri and her team guide you through this enlightening meditation practice.
