Join Junk Jodie as she brings to life her new show Tree-TASTIC. Journey through the Amazon rainforest with her new friend Jenny Jaguar. Learn how we can protect the trees and preserve the animals’ homes, as well as the benefits that the Amazon rainforest has for the planet. This interactive storytelling show includes songs, dancing, and is designed to inspire you to create toys from junk and bring them to life with your imagination. It’s going to be Tree-TASTIC!

Woodland Tribe Big Build

The masters of ‘constructive play’ return with The Big Build.

Use hammers, nails, saws, drills and a HUGE quantity of wood to build the adventure playground of your dreams. With the support of the skilled Woodland Tribe team, help to design and build a one-off epic play structure. Families get a safety briefing and are then given tools and access to wood so they can start building! Add to the evolving structure or build something of your own, or simply have fun playing on the play structure.

When?

Friday sessions, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Saturday & Sunday, 10am 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm

Who’s it for?

A paying adult must accompany children with a maximum ratio of one adult to three children
Additional support is available for families with accessibility needs.

How to participate

Wind Sculpture Workshop

Join Circus Kinetica to create your very own wind powered recycled kinetic wind sculpture. The workshop covers a variety of metal working processes and creative uses for waste materials. Blending artistry with sustainability, discover inventive ways to transform waste materials into dynamic art. Under the guidance of Circus Kinetica’s skilled instructors, you’ll explore a variety of techniques – marking, cutting, bending, balancing, and refining materials using traditional hand tools and will have your own sculpture to take home with you.

When?

Saturday & Sunday 10am – 6pm

Who’s it for?

6 years + must be accompanied by an adult. On average a sculpture will take between 1-3 hrs depending on ability.

How to participate

Morning sessions 10am to 2pm. Make a simple tin can weathervane wind sculpture. £30 per person. Pre-book here.

Afternoon sessions 2pm to 6pm. Make one of the more complicated designs, the Heart and Arrow or Fish Mill sculptures. £50 per person. Pre book here.

Arts Camp offers kids the chance to paint, draw and create amazing works of art independently.

IMPORTANT

Please only book your child into ONE Arts Camp session. This ensures as many kids as possible can take part. Multiple bookings will be automatically deleted. Please also ensure you book the correct age category for your child.

If your child is under 5 you do not need to book. Separate drop-in sessions run throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. All under 5 sessions must be accompanied by an adult.

Plant Dye Printing

Join Hope from Elderberry Wellness and Craft and let your senses be stimulated by the wonders of plant dye printing.

Sourcing local plants and flowers, use cotton and hand-painted stones to bash
their magical dyes onto fabric. Herbs, flowers and leaves each with interesting and varied shapes are used to create mandala like patterns. Fabrics are then allowed to dry and can be made into little flower pouches.

Come and enjoy a magical relaxing session and take away a little bag to collect all of your momentous for your Elderflower Fields adventure.
