HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Pre-book sessions here in person on the day. Session cost £35 per adult / £15 per child (5+ must be accompanied by an adult at all times). We are also offering a full weekend pass for £65.

The Japanese mineral bath is £25 for one or £35 for 2

Don’t forget your swimming costumes and bring two towels each as they ask everyone to sit on one in the sauna for hygiene reasons.

Use hammers, nails, saws, drills and a HUGE quantity of wood to build the adventure playground of your dreams. With the support of the skilled Woodland Tribe team, help to design and build a one-off epic play structure. Families get a safety briefing and are then given tools and access to wood so they can start building! Add to the evolving structure or build something of your own, or simply have fun playing on the play structure.

How to participate

1 hour Big Build sessions cost £6 per person including tool hire. A paying adult must accompany all children with a maximum ratio of one adult to three children.

Who’s it for?

6 years + must be accompanied by an adult. On average a sculpture will take between 1-3 hrs depending on ability.

How to participate

Morning sessions 10am to 2pm. Make a simple tin can weathervane wind sculpture. £30 per person. Pre-book here.

Afternoon sessions 2pm to 6pm. Make one of the more complicated designs, the Heart and Arrow or Fish Mill sculptures. £50 per person. Pre book here.

Together with your child, you’ll have 30 minutes to dive into a crafty carpentry adventure using hand tools and crafts. You’ll create mini projects from reclaimed wood to take home as a cherished memento.

Sit On Tops are one of the most popular forms of kayak. Sit on kayaks are extremely stable and very safe thanks to their open-style design. Ideal for beginners and good fun for all the family to enjoy. Built-in scupper holes allow sit-on-tops self drain should you capsize or use them in rougher/surf conditions.

Canoes benefit from a large amount of space which is ideal for carrying the whole family on an adventure along the waterways of the Elderflower Fields Festival.

Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP’s) are one of the fastest growing areas of paddlesport. Paddleboarding will provide you with a great core workout, with almost every muscle in the body used at some point.

Boat hire is available on a sheltered river within the Elderflower Fields grounds. No coaching or tuition is included with boat hire.

What you’ll need:

All safety equipment is supplied. Bring a wetsuit or warm layers to paddle in, fleece or wool are best. You’ll also need a bottle of something to drink, and sun-cream if it’s hot.
